What can Family Law Support Services Partnership do to help you?

FLSSP exists solely to help people like you…those in the process of separation, mediation and divorce, to help you find your way through the maze.

FLSSP works in partnership with you and your solicitor to help you with the various things that need to be done as part of the process.

FLSSP consultants are all experienced in all aspects of the matters you are grappling with and have the time to devote to you to help you, in a sympathetic way, to ease the pain you are suffering as you go through the process.

FLSSP will help you with any or all of the following which may be necessary as part of the process you are going through:

FLSSP will provide you with the services you require in a completely professional, confidential, sympathetic, patient and friendly manner.

How does Family Law Support Services Partnership work with your solicitor?

FLSSP works in partnership with your solicitor to help you. Your solicitor will continue in full charge of your case and keep you fully informed as matters progress.

FLSSP will provide a service that will be complementary to that which your solicitor provides, to help you and your solicitor with the necessary information in a way that is easy to follow. All the paperwork involved will be clearly laid out.

Your solicitor will keep FLSSP fully informed as to what he or she requires to be prepared. FLSSP will then contact you directly to prepare the necessary papers in good time.

FLSSP will keep you and your solicitor fully informed throughout the process and will send copies of your inputs directly to your solicitor if you wish.

FLSSP will work with you at your home or office (which is where the required papers are usually found) so that you are able to relax and address your mind to the task in hand without the formality of being in a strange environment.

How do you pay for the services offered by Family Law Support Services Partnership?

FLSSP will charge you in the same way as your solicitor does – on a time and expenses basis. The charges are less than those made by your solicitor for a trainee solicitor and so you can be sure that you are getting the best possible value for money for this specialist help.

FLSSP will send you an invoice each month that you use its services, just as your solicitor does, detailing the time spent and any costs incurred. Alternatively, with your Solicitor’s agreement, the charges can be settled by your solicitor and he or she will include them in their own charges.

FLSSP will provide a clear breakdown of its terms and conditions, just as your solicitor does, before it undertakes any work on your behalf so that you know exactly where you are at all times.
